eAssist is an information system for keeping various records in the field of occupational safety, fire protection, environmental protection and servicing of work equipment and devices.

The information system sends notifications to your e-mail about the expiration dates of various documents, such as:

  • work equipment (machines and devices)
  • firefighting equipment
  • medical and sanitary examinations of workers
  • training of workers
  • servicing your own professional equipment and devices

If the company operates in several separate organizational units, these items are distributed by location.

The advantages of such a system compared to keeping records using an excel spreadsheet or calendar are:

  • availability of documentation on computer and mobile phone at all times
  • security of data and documents in the cloud
  • simpliflied documentation preparation functions
  • referral for medical examination (RA-1 form)
  • record on the assessment of the competence of workers (ZOS form)
  • records of regular inspection of fire extinguishers
  • waste accompynying sheer (PL-O form)
  • waste generation and flow form (ONTO form)

All documentation can be attached within the system itself so that you can get the necessary information at any time.
